1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may be extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email when your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Times & Delivery

We work with trusted carriers to ensure fast and reliable delivery for all smart home products, including sensors, smart plugs, lighting devices, and automation accessories.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (where available)

Delivery times may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays beyond our control.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and shipping method selected.
From time to time, Haaziq Smart Home Automations may offer free shipping promotions on selected smart home products.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the shipping label is created.

If you have not received tracking updates, please contact our support team.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Haaziq Smart Home Automations is not liable for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses

  • Delays caused by address errors

  • Additional carrier fees for address corrections

If you need to update your address, contact us immediately after placing your order.


6. Customs & International Shipping

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country.
Haaziq Smart Home Automations is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.

We will assist with claims or replacements whenever possible.


8. Shipping Restrictions

Certain smart devices or electronic products may not be eligible for shipping to specific regions due to carrier or regulatory restrictions. Any unavailable shipping locations will be noted at checkout.
