At Haaziq Smart Home Automations, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your smart home device or automation product, please review our refund guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging with all accessories included

  • Free from damage not caused by shipping

Certain items (such as opened software, customized products, or used sensors/lighting equipment) may not be eligible.

2. Return Process

To start a return, contact our support team with your:

  • Order number

  • Name and email

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item arrived damaged)

We will review your request and provide a return authorization if eligible.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or malfunctioning, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will offer a replacement or refund depending on availability.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.
Refund processing time: 3–7 business days after approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the processing period:

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.
For new selections or different products, please submit a return request and place a new order.

7. Non-Returnable Items
